Refund policy

We want you to love your Nexara purchase. If you're not 100% satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Must be returned in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

We do not offer free returns at this time. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
